Meet The Team

Megan is heavily involved with the management across all three disciplines of The Eminent Group. She oversees all temporary labour placements and progress on site across our installations division. Megan is also responsible for account management, business development and the general day to day operations of the company.

 Daniel has been involved in engineering since the age of sixteen having started out as an apprentice welder fabricator.

Here, Daniel was quickly promoted to workshop foreman, before acquiring the business aged twenty one.  

It was here that Daniel identified that demand in the engineering industry was far outstripping supply, leading to the formation of Eminent in 2015.

Rikki has worked in various steel disciplines covering architectural, structural and engineering works, with projects varying up to £180 million in value. Rikki’s career has taken him all over the world, working in China, South Korea, Germany and Austria to name a few. Rikki works as our consultant and oversees all projects, from enquiry through to handover.

Ian has over twenty four years experience within the steel fabrication industry, starting his apprenticeship at a ship builders and working his way through the ranks to a managerial position. Ian is responsible for our team of welder fabricators, the development of our apprentices and the quality of all work on our shop floor. 

Sophie largely supports the management team with the day-to-day affairs of the company. As the company’s Finance Coordinator, Sophie also helps monitor all of Eminent’s invoicing and accounts.
